Stamina Course 2008

Sensei was very pleased with everyone who attended the stamina session this year, in particular Michelle Blowers (Sizewell) Victor Hall (Watford) and Lesley Mottram (Enfield).

Instructors Course and AGM 2008

This will take place at Chiswell Green on Sunday 27th January. There will be a meeting for senior instructors at 12pm, followed by an instructors class 1.00-2.30pm. The AGM will start at 2.30pm.

Sensei Perry has asked that all instructors make every effort to attend.

Gasshuku 2008

This years Gasshuku will be held at Wells-next-Sea, on 12-13-14th September.
