Sunday training normally comprises basics for the first hour, with
advance work in the second part. Monday training usually involves basic
work with advance techniques later.
*Although this is a guide, training is adapted according to which
students attend.
Training times: Sundays 10.00am doors open. Start - 10.15am to 12.15pm. Thursdays 6.00pm to 7.00pm.
Prices:
Unlimited Training £25 per month (8 sessions)
Unlimited Training under 16- £18 per month
Sunday Training £20 per month (4 Sessions)
Sunday Training under 16- £15
Pay as you go option:
Over 16 £ 6.00 Sundays, £4.00 Thursdays
Under 16 £4.50 Sundays, £3.00 Thursdays
Grading Fees:
£25.00 Adults
£20 Children
Yearly membership: £37.50 Adults, £35.00 Children
The word 'Itsu' has many meanings in Japanese. Once of the definitions is ‘peace’ which we have adopted. The idea being is that we are a friendly, peaceful club.
Sensei Ford began his training with Sensei Lawrence Elcock at CMK Karate in 1995. This was a very enriching and rewarding time for him. He also trained at various other dojos in the UK.
