The Denham club is run primarily for the benefit of youngsters aged between 7 and 18 by two of Sensei Paul Perry (8th Dan) instructors, holding 3rd and 4th Dan Black Belts.

It is an exiting and fun atmosphere, without loosing site of the spirit of a martial art.
The class has a range beginners and experts alike, and new starts are always welcome.
The teaching follows many of the traditional Karate techniques, further enhanced by some weapons training (defence against) and kick bag work.
The club has been running for over 10 years and is run by certified instructors all fully insured. Denham Karate Club is part of a larger national organisation called Jin Sei Kai run by Chief Instructor Paul Perry who holds an 8th Dan Black Belt. Sensei Perry oversees all gradings and hold regular senior training sessions in Watford.
During each year students have the opportunity to attend national advanced level courses and competitions. In past years Denham has regularly won many medals in Karate competition, both team and individual.
