Jin Sei Kai offers a unique solution, working with individuals and organisations to develop short and ongoing courses based on a range of disciplines and techniques. Programmes are based on the principles of the martial arts movements and techniques of karate. Karate incorporates tai chi chuan, Buddhist yoga and chi kung breathing and is combined with an understanding of anatomy and why these techniques are so beneficial in our current age.
Feedback from participants, regardless of the nature of the programme they follow, is wholly positive. What does a typical session involve? A typical session takes place at clients’ premises once or twice a week, usually for one hour. All that is required is a cleared room that comfortably accommodates the group. Sessions for senior and junior executives are delivered one-to-one or in small groups of up to eight. For support staff sessions are held once a week in groups of up to fifty. Special one day and weekend sessions can accommodate any number of participants. Taster sessions enable participants to experience the benefits of Jin Sei Kai programmes on a no-obligation basis. |
